Allen has more than thirty years experience in IP matters. He is qualified as a lawyer in Australian State and Federal jurisdictions and is a registered patent attorney in Australia and in New Zealand. His formal qualifications are in electrical engineering, information technology, law and management.
Synaptic Laboratories Limited seeks synergies with cryptographers interested in performing negotiated in-depth cryptanalysis of
- the VEST cryptosystem; and
- issues relating to the secure implementation of VEST in hardware.
Our intention is to negotiate flexible, mutually beneficial financial incentives to cryptanalysts.
